The 3-week Career Immersion Summer Residential Program hosted by OMED: Educational Services and the Career Center is a campus summer residential program designed to address unique and emerging post-pandemic barriers to career readiness while broadening the impact of current career service programs. Slots are limited to a select 50 students.
As part of the 3-week Career Immersion Summer Residential program, students will receive:
- Free on-campus housing in an east campus dorm
- Dining dollars to accommodate meals
- Dedicated career coaching and corporate mentorship
- 1-1 online professional e-portfolio/LinkedIn profile development
- Interviewing and personal branding skills
- A series of professional development workshops and courses to help you secure a co-op, internship, or job placement
- Career practicums and immersion experiences
- 1-1 career/professional mentor
- Peer mentoring sessions
- Well-being activities, resilience, equity skills training and more!
